I AM trained power yoga instructor in the Baptiste tradition (www.baronbaptiste.com) and am a certified yoga instructor under the mastery of Marsha T. Danzig, RYT, M.ed, founder of  Color Me Yoga,(www.colormeyoga.com), a Yoga Alliance Registered School, and Eashoa YogaTM, a Christ inspired yoga which fuses the ancient practice of yoga with Christian mysticism, prayerful focus, sacred breath awareness, and an attitude of faith).  My mission is to provide services that will increase efficiency in any business operation by teaching strategies and tools for those who want to reduce stress and anxiety in their business and personal lives.  I practice at being the expert at teaching the art of balance.  I AM dedicated to helping others transform themselves and to live a divine, blissful and abundant life full of joy, happiness and fun. 

Over the years, I tried many forms of yoga but failed to make a connection until the day I tried the Baron Baptiste Power Yoga Level III video. That’s when my practice changed. Through the Baptiste style, I've learned not to find yoga but to let yoga find me. The unexpected bonus reward of this transformation was a more toned and stronger body.   Under the direction of Marsha Danzig, I finally found my ultimate balance between Power Yoga and the Power of Prayer and blended these two together to create my own way of teaching Power Vinyasa Yoga.

I spent most of my career path in corporate America. In 2002, it became clear to me that teaching power yoga was a big part of my calling.  I took a break from the office to teach full time for five years.  Now I truly believe  that I have found a healthy balance with my love of being a business woman, a yogi and a teacher.   A corporate yogi if you will. 

A yoga class is one of the greatest opportunities to give yourself some much needed spiritual time and inner attention. Whether you are an experienced yogi with fire in-the-belly, ready for a challenging practice, or a raw beginner needing a little help getting to the edge while learning to tune into your body's language, there is a level right for you in every yoga class experience I teach.  I love being involved in the creative process of yogi's working together and seeing the results birthed from steady progress.  I encourage everyone to "tell the truth" and to be mindful of the journey on the mat every barefoot step of the way. 

Those that know me well will tell you that I always says that yoga is the solution for everything!
